－ What You Can Expect －

Hop on a ferry to the beautiful Green Island off the east coast of Taiwan, only a short distance from Taitung. A paradise for snorkelers and divers as the waters are surrounded by untouched coral reefs and contain an abundance of marine life. Here you can hire a scooter and explore the island’s many attractions. Start with the beautiful Green Island Lighthouse for picture perfect shots. Watch nature reclaim the abandoned Green Island Prison where you can walk the eerie prison halls and learn about its dark past or visit the interesting rock formations at Haisenping Bay, shaped like Sleeping Beauty and a Pekingese Dog. After visiting the sights, you can enjoy a snorkeling experience and explore the crystal clear waters of Green Island. Recharge your energy by tucking into a buffet-style BBQ meal before heading back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

On day 2 you will have more of your own personal time to check out the island, head to Dabaisha Beach, made up of shell debris, coral and corroded rock. Spend the day relaxing on this beautiful beach before catching the ferry back to Taitung Fugang Port where you will be shuttled back to Taitung Train Station.

・2 travelers from the same traveling group will be sharing one scooter (125cc). if the total number of travelers cannot be evenly divided into groups of 2, no additional fees will be charged for single rider on a scooter
・If travelers don't have official or international driver's license for motorbike, you may choose to ride an electric scooter with an additional fee of NT$400/day per scooter. In the case that there is only 1 rider, you will still be required to pay NT$400/day per scooter, e.g. a 3 day and 2 night tour, will have a total additional surcharge of NT$800 per scooter. Please notify us in the 'Notes' section while booking, and fee must be paid directly to the staff on-site. Staff will evaluate travelers' ability to ride on-site
