・Surcharges applies for exceeding duration:NT$200/30 mins, and NT$400/hr for a 5-seater car and NT$250/30 mins, and NT$500/hr for a 9-seater car; to be paid directly to driver on-site
・There are no surcharges for rental overtime that results from traffic congestion or any other unforeseeable circumstances
・Please contact local agency before 8:00pm 1 day prior to departure to confirm itinerary and driver’s contact info. Please make sure that you are reachable as refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete contact info
・According to Taiwanese law, children under age 4 are required car seats, children ages 4 - 12 are recommended to use a booster car seat, please provide the birthdate, height, and weight of your child in the 'Notes' section. Please note that all car seats require an additional NT$300, to be paid on-site

・Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering
