Almost August, time for company to announce they profit or achievements that they promised in the beginning of the fiscal year. They talk of the fantasy and advancement but in reality... Not much has changed. The bottom ladder is stuck doing the work and COVID is not helping the situation.

我在大學的時候就在這裡實習, 雖然說是實習 但是一份工作。 錢是不錯 但是那時我只是contractor, 不是全職 沒有特別的福利像股票或paid vacation。現在想想全職也沒那麼好, 因為是長久的看法。還在做contractor的時候是時薪的, 超過八小時就1.5倍。我這行業一定會超過的。現在工作量比之前還要多也沒人幫我。我的manager和senior都走人了。。。當出真該多要點錢的。。。最近都天快亮時進公司然後天快黑時出公司。我很驚訝我熬過了快6個月還沒死。。。 This better be worth it...
